Overview of your assets:
The idea is to enter a snapshot of all your assets each month (e.g., on the first day of the month). You can add an asset via the "+" symbol at the top right. myAssets will automatically remind you every month to update each of your current assets. This can be done by directly clicking on to the respective asset. After the update, the asset from the previous month will be automatically added to the archive. The tab Analysis takes all data from the archive and analyzes your performance over time while providing you with your return on assets per month and year.

Retirement planning:
The Assets tab does not only display your current assets and net worth, but also key figures regarding your retirement planning, e.g., how long you could live on your assets and how long it would take you to live off them. By going to the slider menu on the top left, you can play with different parameters which influence your way to financial independence. The following parameters are included:
- Desired monthly income
- Expected monthly savings
- Expected annual return on assets
- Expected inflation rate

Good luck on your way to financial independence!
